This is pre-bake, topped with roasted garlic, kalamata olive, basil, a few red pepper flakes and a sprinkle of parmesan. I added 2 or 3 minutes about three times so close to 30 minutes cook time and I feel like still could have been a but darker on top, but good texture and flavor. Worth the wait.

Looking good! Yes, all ovens vary so much, you can raise temp slightly next time if you wish and remove when it’s the colour you want it to be. You really can’t overbake it if you’re using the tray size I recommend
