I had to triple the recipe for a family of 6. This is what I ended up with (don't mind the color, used purple carrots). At the end of everything, shaping it was just too much work, so we put it in a casserole dish, topped it with bread crumbs and some left over French fried onions. Wow, it was good. My Mini Thing (15 months) CHOWED DOWN on this. Very pleased. Will make again.
HOWEVER, if you follow their spice ratio it comes out horribly bland. Added more salt and pepper, and onion and garlic powder.
