I liked this recipe and would make it again. What's changed: 1) I messed up on cutting the bok choy and cut it width wise instead of length wise. Don't do that. The texture would have been better. 2) I fried the tofu in some more tamari before putting it in the soup. I do recommend that. 3) I used a chicken bouillon for the stock because it's what I had on hand. I think it was really good.
