Shredding the chicken is the most time consuming part, cutting the chicken into smaller pieces at first can be helpful. Sometimes I also use packaged taco seasoning just to make things easier. You can also just dump the ingredients and go instead of sauteing. Pairs good with tortillas or some chips! ☺️
