I didn't have any caramels so I added caramel ice cream sauce (which tastes just as good) so added extra flour they were really easy to make although I think they could have used some more salt although if I made nine cookies they would have all been massive (I made 9servings according to whisk)they're lovely though and all the family enjoyed the batter but only I have tried a tiny cookie. The cookies look smaller in the photo but the bigger ones are the size of most of my hand/10cm wide
