Oh wow. I don't normally take pictures, but I couldn't if I wanted to on this one. I devoured them before I even thought of taking a photo. Seriously. It's a smoky, slightly salty (but not overly) flavor reminiscent of the flavor you would find at a steak house. I at them with pork chops, but I had that sense good food sometimes gives where it transports you to a different place. And that place for me was a steakhouse from my earlier years. Dim lighting, ties on the wall (cause if you wear a tie, they cut it off, it's on the rules board), good, juicy steak, and darn good mushrooms.
