This was delicious and we used orange juice from concentrate and subbed half of the lime juice with the store bought bc we ran out of limes. So I can only imagine it goes from delicious to outstanding with all fresh ingredients. The instapot made it so quick and hassle free. We also made a great cabbage lime cilantro slaw to go with this for our tacos & they just dazzled in deliciousness together, especially paired this with some civeche as a side. I was going to snag a photo, but we ate it too fast 😆 TOTALLY WORTH MAKING THIS RECIPE❤️❤️❤️
