Really nice almost Alfredo flavor without the last minute labor of Alfredo. My sauce was thin ( and I used 1 cup less of broth). Cooking at high splits the cream, but it comes back together when you add the cheese. I was short on Parmesan, so I used Gruyère to make up the difference. Lovely rich flavor.
