These brownies are devilishly good and a crowd pleaser. I have made it for lots of charity bakesales.
One important bit of advice, pay attention to the measurements required at EACH step. You may accidentally add all the sugar when in actual fact some was reserved for the cheesecake element.
The batter will appear still quite runny out the oven, but let them cool - they are wonderfully gooey.
