Great dinner. I added a chopped onion to sautéed after searing the scallops and cooking the shrimp. The scallops and shrimp were Cooked in butter rather than oil. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and hot Hungarian paprika, as well as crushed red pepper. After removing this seafood from pan, added 1 large diced sweet onion to the pan with olive oil then progressed with the recipes directions.
Before adding the clams to the marinara sauce to steam, I removed about 75% of it to a sauce pan to toss with the pasta, I added the cooked scallops, shrimp and lump crab on top of the steaming clams to steam heat in the marinara infused with the clam juices.
I then served the pasta an half the plate. Then covering the pasta as well as filling the plate with the seafood
