I used half spaghetti squash and half brown rice. Just steamed the broccoli for 2 minutes in the microwave and then mixed 1 c sour cream with 1 c shredded cheese in with the squash noodles, rice, chopped ham and broccoli. Baked for 15 minutes. Hubby and I both liked it, so did the baby. Rest of the kids were a mixed bag. It's hard to please them all.
