I didn't quite follow this but it was really delicious.
First of all I cooked the rubbed pork shoulder in the weber using the snake method until it reached 200f internal.
Then I mixed together the recipie wet ingredients and garlic in a sauce pan -omitting the stock, i dont like too much liquid and scaling everything down to suit. Then I mixed in my pulled pork. Served it on buttered burger buns with iceberg lettuce and pickles. Will definitely make again
