The instructions on this are terrible you will fail of you do ot that way. You gotta add cream to the melted chocolate then let it cool before you start folding it into the mouse. When I did it I also put the mousse in a ice back while I folded the white chocolate into it to keep it cool and hold its form. It was delicious though.
