The original recipe for this listed some steps in the method but didn’t list the ingredients in the ingredients list so I’ve added them in. It needed a bag of spinach (a handful was insufficient) and the dumpling mixture made more dumplings than I could fit in the pot. Having said that this was a delicious dish which I would make again. I used salt fish rather than salt meat. I didn’t have pepper sauce (not listed as an ingredient) so I used 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes instead.
