This was very creamy and Pattie’s had a crispy edge to them. I’ve never used ground chicken before and I have to say it felt very fresh and I loved that it was something other than just good old beef. I try to follow the recipes to the T the first time making them so that I can get a different taste for things and if it needs tweaked I’ll do it next time. I will make this again maybe thin the sauce a little more.
