Portions for making the pastry are off. You will need to play with the quantities of butter and water. Also make sure the butter is at room temp and not cold from the fridge. The directions for the pastry also seem a little strange and were a bit difficult to follow. Also could stand to use more seasonings just salt and pepper help but next go around will add some more spices.
