I really enjoyed this recipe. I made 2 minor changes: I didn't have hoisin so I added some chili paste for zing and I also added some cubed white onion. Next time I make this recipe I will only add the onion at the end of the pressure cooking. It disappears as mush otherwise. Also, don't be shy to chop up the chicken into larger chunks. Small ones end up falling apart as you stir in the corn starch and end up like pulled chicken. Still tasty but not the texture you're going for.
