When costing the tofu with the mixture, it did not stick to the tofu properly and got sticky in the pan, causing the tofu to break and for the frying to become nearly impossible. I am not sure if it was the soy sauce or what went wrong because typically using the cornstarch method works well for me, but this was a disaster.
