I made a few adjustments to this recipe (soy sauce, flour, and olive oil instead of the substitutes). It took me a lot more time to prep because of all the chopping. However, it was filled with a lot of great veggies and flavors. My first meal with riced cauliflower and with all the other flavors I didn't miss not having regular rice. 1 bag of frozen riced cauliflower is sufficient. 2 bags if you want larger portions.
