Add cheese to base tortilla, filling then cheese again before next tortilla. This makes sure everything stays together better before flipping on a medium- low heat. (I made a spectacular mess without this stage 😂)
Using fresh chopped tomatoes and red onion instead of salsa made it fresher (coriander made it!). I forgot the fajita seasoning, smoked paprika, chilli, cumin and some salt worked as a last minute save!
