We love this recipe! Any time it gets a little cool outside, we make it. It's really easy to change the spice level too because of the chilis in adobo. Fun story; the first time I made it I thought it called for 2 CANS of chilis in adobo. It was very hot but still very good! I wouldn't recommend doing what I did, though.
