When I formed the balls I found a dampened hand and soup spoon worked well together. I used the soup spoon to measure the amount of batter for each ball. I pressed the batter into one hand and then squeezed the mixture together between my fingers and the bowl of the spoon. I shaped the bowl round using the bowl of the spoon to get the round shape. I would rinse my hand after every two or three balls and wipe off excess water by pressing into some paper towel. The taste is excellent. I didn't have chia seed so I used flax instead. My yield was 15 balls using this procedure.
