I changed up the seasoning for 3 pieces of salmon that only uses 3/4 cup total.
In a 1cup glass add 1/4c soy, splash fish sauce, gochujang to taste, diced red onion, ½&½ parsley and cilantro, lemon zest and juice, grated ginger and garlic, drizzle oil mix and spoon over salt and peppered salmon. I used a sheet tray and tented it until the last few minutes.
