It's good but I ended up making too much sauce for 1 serving... What am I supposed to do with half a can of open tuna? I'll make this recipe again when I cook for more people and the pasta-sauce ratio balances out. Pro point: you can use whatever fresh cheese flavor you have at hand

Do enough for 2 days and it's nice cold for lunch the next day. Also for a bit of colour, you could add spinach, sweetcorn or some peppers 🙂
