French Onion Smothered Pork Chops
Totally winging it with a random ingredient...because I didn't have flour.🤷♀️
( 2 TBSP Flaxseed Meal !)
The recipe calls for 4 chops ...but 3 come in package- I thawed 2 packages.
In my humble opinion it worked with only mozzarella cheese! But I can totally see provolone and Gruyere!
Tastes just like the soup without the carbs!
