I loved this! Easy to make, makes plenty of leftovers and keeps really well. It is totally super bland, but I admittedly don’t have a great palette for many spices and wouldn’t really want to add any. It allows for lots of toppings if you want when eating after cooking (salsas, hot sauce, avocado, and just plain cherry tomatoes are some my friends and I used). Great, cheap, go-to prepped breakfast!
