Very good, but it took over an hour to cook. The steps to make the sauce aren't very clear. At what point should the 4 tsp of corn starch and 2 tsp of dark soy mentioned at the bottom of the ingredient list be added?

I hadn't noticed that. I suppose they are all the 'saucy' ingredients at the bottom and so used at the start of Step 2 , but as you say it's not at all clear.

I always visit the original website the receipe is from as it gives clearer instructions
