Turned out great! I added 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and about 1/3 cup of chocolate chips (didn't want to go too crazy since I was adding the cocoa). I baked for 47 mins (I used an 8.5" loaf pan) and then another 5 mins with foil tented over it.
