I made these for a party and they were truly a showstopper. They’re familiar but different all at the same time. Everyone’s favorite dish at the party!
If you don’t have a grill, it’s super easy to cook these on a sheet pan under the broiler as well.
You can also make these a bit more finger food like by doing each slice of beef on its own skewer.
