Definitely a go-to for fast, easy, affordable, and delicious.
I cooked this with sausage (I would have used plain ground pork, but I used what I had). I also added about half the honey it calls for. I used linguine but I added baking soda to the water to give them that chew.
My husband and I loved it but it was a little too spicy for my toddler. Next time I'll probably not use quite as much gochugang just so he will eat it. Oh, and add broccoli so there's a veggie.
