I used smitten kitchen’s method and made the dough in the food processor with cold ingredients (pulse dry ingredients, then add sugar butter and cream cheese pulse again, then add egg and extracts and mix until dough comes together). I scooped the dough immediately but put it in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes while the oven preheated.
Turned out well! I didn’t make any frosting but that would definitely take these over the top. I plan to add this to my Christmas cookie list
