Edit 10/26/23: I've made or attempted to make these about 3 times with varying results. First time was g great and delicious with no problems. I made them in silicone cups. The second time I used coconut flour and it was a disaster because coconut flour is super absorptive so you need to use 1/3 cup to each cup the recipe calls for. The last time I made them they were delicious but yellow and stuck to the paper cups I used. Each time I used 2% cows milk and twice used all purpose flour. My children liked them so I'll just stick with baking these in silicone cups.
