So what I did was when I put the egg in the center of the bread I let the bottom harden a little bit and then I flipped it over. This way the actual egg could cook and it kept the shape in the center of the bread. Once the egg was cooked how I like it I flipped it back over and put the cheese and bacon and more cheese! My husband and I love this!!!
