I made the cheese part too soft to I had to freeze them and then they were too hard buy became a nice ice cream flavor 😅 still a win!

Jessica, I noticed that also the first time I made them, however the second time they were perfect. I discovered that I had over mixed the cream cheese., which caused it to start to break down. This may or may not have been the issue, just something I noticed.
