I use 1.1x the ingredients, so 260g flour, extra butter, 2/3 cup water, 2 tbsp cornmeal. Make sure tomatoes are low water, bake extra. Upped to 35g butter and heaping canola oil, was very good. I would do 40-50 min for bake
