Added a tablespoon of worcestershire and used sliced pieces of pork butt, cooked on a cast iron pan. Was good! It would have been fine even without the worcestershire.
Made this again with boneless thick pork chops on stove top. Seared for 2-3 min until browned on one side, on cast iron pan at med-high. Then flipped and cooked for 30 sec. Then covered and cooked at low for 6-12 min until internal temp 145 (for myself, my husband likes it more well done) and to 155 for rest of family. I boiled the leftover marinade in a small saucepan and drizzled it over the sliced meat. Cooking method from https://www.inspiredtaste.net/37062/juicy-skillet-pork-chops/
