I love this recipie. It takes some prep but it is always worth the pay-off. It's really easy even a drunk like me can do it. Usually I serve it it carrot, onion and broccoli but I'm yet to do food shopping, so I will update this review when I make it next. The only thing is I need more water in the batter (maybe because I use gf flour?) I also just use soy and honey in the sauce. It is effing delicious. You can always grill the chicken and enjoy it less if you're pretending to be healthy.
