So delicious. I didn't have any mustard seeds or whole dried chillis, so instead of the step where you cook those up separately with the oil and curry leaves and pour on top. I just add a little wholegrain mustard, and some chilli flakes along with the leaves and stirred them in at the end. It tasted beautiful!
