Super simple, super quick, super tasty way to cook a whole chicken! I tweaked it a little using my Instant Pot Duo Crisp with air fryer lid: instead of searing the chicken first, I pressure cooked it first, then crisped it up by air frying at 400°F for about 15 mins on each side. Came out BEAUTIFULLY - super moist and tender, but crispy and herby on the outside. Would like to try again with lemon pepper seasoning instead!
