Loved this dish. So tasty. Chicken was so moist and crispy yet delicious in flavour. The only thing I would do is add pineapple chunks as I felt it needed it for full flavour to add to the pineapple juice. Brilliant recipe. A little fiddly but otherwise great 👍🏻 loved it.
