In general, if the chicken was not frozen and cut very finely, then it will cook quickly enough.

I suggest a meat thermometer, if the inside of the chicken is 165F you are good to go. I suggest waiting to cut the chicken until after its cooked. IF its already cut, put in oven at 425F for 15-20
