Next time I'm going to use more egg for the filing, the recipe was barely enough to fill all the cups equally. Also slightly less baking time on the cups. The provided bake time made them more firm than I like, but this is my preference and they were not too hard to enjoy. It could definitely be a little less firm and not as dark.
