I was missing some ingredients, but…
We made this with leftover fajita meat (which was amazing in this recipe btw). I used chicken stock, browned butter, and frozen peas to add a veggie since I didn’t have mushrooms. It. Was. Amazing. Also, because the meat was already cooked, this cooked in no time, and the sauce had to wait for the noodles. What a bonus.
Oh…and both the teen AND the 5 yo ate it!
