I modified the recipe a bit & used as a dressing for taco salad, it was DELICIOUS! You can also enjoy as a dip.
3 Avocados, 2 tablespoons of Baba Ghanouj Eggplant dip, 1 tablespoon of minced Garlic, Salt & Pepper to taste, 1/2 squeezed lime, 1/4 olive oil & a dash of hot sauce of your liking (I used green chili)
