I didn't make this in the instant pot. I doubled it (because who uses half a can of something??) and made it in a deep saucepan. I also sprinkled a little lemon on top instead of putting lime in the recipe. Really really good! I served it with garlic rice.

I put rice in my instant pot with some chopped raw garlic, salt, and butter (all to taste. I think I probably use 2-3 big cloves and 1-2 tbsp butter per 2 c raw rice) . 1 cup raw white rice to one cup water. I cook on high for 4 minutes and let natural release for 10.
