Special occasion

The flour tortillas that I used puffed up a great deal while trying to fry them, not sure what kind to use or what to do to fix that. Overall great recipe and the chipotle sauce was to die for!!

You could try "docking" the tortillas - that usually helps with preventing puffing.

I usually use corn tortillas and fry them in vegetable oil on a pan!
