These came out looking very nice.
Substitutions we made:
- Ground turkey instead of beef
- riced cauliflower instead of rice
Using riced cauliflower saves a bunch of time and is less kitchen mess since you're not waiting for rice to cook, and it worked out well. This was still filling and we didn't notice much difference.
Not a huge fan of Italian seasoning, so next time we'll probably just stick with salt and pepper on the meat, maybe some sugar when they tomatoes go in.
