Not bad, just not great. I like the idea of an orzo casserole but I feel like theres an easier way to do that. Really 3 pans? (4 if you blanch the broccoli. Which you should since raw brocc isnt going to cook in 20 min) Plus no onion or seasonings or anything in the cheese sauce? A mediocre dish shouldnt take as much effort as a great one, and I dont want to clean more dishes than necessary.
This could easily be turned into a low prep, one pot, dish that has flavor.
