First time making this, and it came out pretty good. I had leftovers, reheated in a toaster oven, but the phyllo doesn't crisp up quite as well (not terrible, but not great). I did think the filling, however, was tastier on day 2. So...next time, I'll make the filling a day or 2 in advance to let the flavors blend and make sure I have guests to share with so I don't have leftovers.
