Needs extra spice. I made this with only 3 potato’s and the same spice ratio. The result was not over spiced at all. If using 8 potato’s double the spice mix.

Hey Julie! Thank you so much for the feed back. I will be revisiting this recipe to recreate photos and perfect the ingredients. I make this atleast once a week and it is a favorite of ours.
